Hi, I’m Kristin! The creative behind Hues to Say Crafts!

My love of making started when my grandmother gave me a set of watercolors so I could paint along with Bob Ross. I’ve been painting, crafting, and creating ever since.

Along the way, I earned an Associate degree in Graphic Design and a Master of Arts in Teaching (K-6), and I’ve spent years leading hands-on STEM workshops for students in grades K-8. Those years taught me how to break a project into simple steps, keep it fun, and make sure everyone leaves feeling proud of what they made.

I’m a maker and problem solver at heart, and I started Hues to Say Crafts to bring that joy to Pittsburgh. Whether you haven’t picked up a paintbrush since grade school or you craft every weekend, there’s a seat for you at the table. Come make something with us!
